Our Defined Brow Wax & Tint delivers tailored, face-framing brows with a colour and clean, sculpted definition. Using our bespoke waxing techniques, we shape with precision, correct asymmetry where possible, and finish with trimming and premium brow styling products. Tint lasts up to 7 days on the skin and hair.
This service is suitable for both new and existing clients. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment and must be booked online at your own discretion.
Please note: Our pricing is time-based due to the care we take in perfecting each result. As long as your brows can be completed within the allocated time, no surcharge will apply. Additional time, where needed, may incur a charge.

Brow Maintenance
To keep your brows looking impeccably styled and vibrant, I recommend regular maintenance appointments tailored to your treatment type:

Tinting & Waxing/Shaping:
Brow tints typically last about one week and Hybrid Dye up to 30 days- thus scheduling bi-weekly appointments or monthly appointments ensures your colour remains fresh and your shape stays defined. Regular waxing or shaping sessions help maintain symmetry and remove unwanted hairs. -
Brow Lamination:
While brow lamination results can last between 8-12 weeks, bi-weekly or monthly touch-ups (as above) can help maintain the optimal look, ensuring your brows remain full, sleek, and well-defined.
Important Things To Know Before Booking
Patch Tests & Allergies
A mandatory patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Bookable online only, please do not turn up without one. No exceptions. This is your responsibility to book online.
If you have sensitive skin, have never had brow lamination before or haven't had one done with us in the salon for the last year, we strongly recommend a patch test.
If you have a history of reactions to brow tint or lamination solutions, please inform us before booking.
If you are pregnant, please get a new test patch.
If a reaction occurs even after having a test patch: Don’t worry—you’re in good hands. I treat any signs of allergy as an emergency and will respond within the 24 hours to advise you on the best course of action. Please contact me directly if you have concerns.

Contra actions
Contra actions refer to unwanted reactions or adverse outcomes that might occur during or after the treatment. These may include mild irritation, redness, or discomfort. While most contra actions are temporary and can be managed with proper aftercare, it’s important to inform your technician immediately if you experience any unexpected symptoms. If you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking your appointment.

You should not undergo treatment if you have any of the following conditions in or around the area to be treated:

Pre Care & How To Arrive To Your Appointment:

Avoid retinol or strong exfoliants around the brow area for one week before your appointment (be it AHA, BHA or scrubs) and anti-ageing skincare around the brow area for three days either side of your treatment. If you don't this will affect your tint or dye meaning we will not get the desired outcome and can risk unwanted contra actions from wax.

Do not tweeze or shape your brows for at least two weeks before your treatment.
-
Arrive on time with clean brows, free of makeup or skincare products on or near the brow area.
-
Avoid sunbeds for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
-
Complete any exercise, sauna, steam room sessions, or showers before your appointment, as these must be avoided for 24-48 hours afterward.
-
Avoid threading your brows for a few months prior to lamination, as it can affect results and lead to a blunt finish.
-
Ensure consultation form is completed upon confirmation of your appointment.
During Your Appointment:
For a flawless and safe application we ask that you stay relaxed. This approach minimises facial movements and significantly reduces the risk of errors, unintended eye opening, or bruising. Although talking is okay, minimal talking is best to allow us to focus and prevent issues.
We invite you to relax during your session—enjoy the ambient music or a podcast in our luxury salon, complete with heated beds. This tranquil environment not only elevates your comfort but also helps ensure optimal results every time.

Aftercare Is Essential
This is a general aftercare guide covering all brow treatments offered in the salon, including brow lamination, tinting, waxing, and brow packages. Please follow these instructions carefully to maintain the best results.
The First 24 Hours:
To ensure optimal healing and longevity of your treatment, avoid the following for at least 24 hours:

Getting the treated area wet

Showers, saunas, steam rooms, or swimming pools

Excessive sweating from exercise
-
Touching, rubbing, or over-manipulating the brows
-
Applying makeup or skincare products to the area
Exposure to steam, water, or sweat may disrupt or completely ruin your results—for example, steam can fade brow tint, and touching or rubbing the area can interfere with the treatment’s effectiveness. Please note that failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any guarantee on results.
Redness & Sensitivity:
Redness after waxing is completely normal and can last up to 48 hours. This is due to the hair being removed from the follicle, causing temporary skin irritation (erythema). While redness typically subsides within 24 hours, some individuals may experience it for longer, depending on their skin type and sensitivity.
To avoid further irritation or potential infection:

Do not apply makeup or skincare to the treated area until redness has fully disappeared.

If redness persists beyond 24 hours, continue avoiding all restricted activities until the 48-hour mark.
Everyone’s skin reacts differently—some people experience minimal redness, while others may notice more prolonged sensitivity. Regardless of how your skin appears, always follow aftercare instructions for at least 24 hours to prevent complications.
Brow Lamination Aftercare & Recommended Products:
If you have had a brow lamination, proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the strength and integrity of your brow hairs. Lamination is a chemical process that alters the structure of the hair, similar to a perm, and requires nourishment post-treatment.
I highly recommend using the Brow Lamination Aftercare Kit, available for purchase in the salon. This luxury, custom-curated kit contains high-quality products specifically sourced to protect, condition, and prolong your results. The aftercare serum, in particular, is crucial for maintaining the flexibility and health of your brow hairs after the lamination process.
These products are not sold for the sake of it—they are carefully selected to support your results and the long-term health of your brows.

If you arrive 10+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service, as we work on a tight schedule.

Booking Fees & Cancellations

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking.
